What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, subject and the content of your message.
- Collaboration form: identity and contact details, languages, profile characteristics, experience, and any photographs or links you choose to submit.
- Technical data: a hashed form of your IP address and user agent, used solely to prevent abuse of the forms.
Legal basis and purpose
- Answering your enquiry - performance of a contract or steps prior to entering one (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Assessing a collaboration application - consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.
- Website security - legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention
- Contact messages: 24 months from the last correspondence.
- Collaboration applications: 24 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Abuse-prevention technical data: up to 30 days.
Recipients
We do not sell or rent personal data. Your data is accessible only to the members of our team who need it, and to our hosting and email provider, acting as a processor within the EU.
Transfers outside the EU
We do not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area. The site's fonts are served from our own server, so your IP address is not disclosed to any third-party network.
Your rights
- Access, rectification and erasure of your data.
- Restriction of, and objection to, processing.
- Data portability.
- Withdrawal of consent at any time.
- Complaint to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
